As you all know that we all have limited will power so we
can’t just sit down an afternoon while surfing the web that a thought hit me now, I
need to stop the things I have
been doing and do deep work if you try to do deep work in
this situation you can't do it because you have a limited amount of willpower to
oppose the distraction brain
is seeking so you need to change the thought that you can do
deep work when your brain is seeking distractions instead you can add deep work
as your routine if you add
deep work in your routine you need very little willpower to
get started which produces some wonderful results.
Conclusion
The first step of deep work is to go deep in which you need to
separate specific periods of time for deep work for best results, and less
waste of willpower.
