Introduction
I had previously written about eat that frog here today we are going into more depth of the book from chapter 1 to the last chapter 21 this article will be divided into 21 parts according to the lessons so let's get started.
Part one: Set the table
You need to set the table for each and everything to be productive and go according to the table it is hard at the beginning but after it becomes a habit it will naturally occur every day. The author has also given us the three Ds of habit formation they are:
1) Decision
2)Discipline
3)Determination
You should also add deadlines to the work so you can work accordingly. And you should make a list of everything you are going to do to achieve the goal, and take action immediately to the goal.
Conclusion
The first step to stop procrastination is to set a time for every activity throughout the day.
